Returns/Refunds/Cancellations

As each item is custom-made to order, I do not accept returns. However, cancellations and refunds are possible only if the item has not yet been produced. If you spot an error in your order, please notify me immediately. Please be aware that transaction fees are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 24 hours and provide a photo showing the damaged product/packaging. I will refund you or recreate the item if time permits.

Care Instructions

These items are crafted from paper and therefore are not indestructible. Please handle them with care, avoiding exposure to water, excessive heat, or direct sunlight.
